Rebuilt Diesel Engine Warranty Policy
Rebuilt engines are tested for performance and checked for leaks prior to shipment. Rebuilt engines are shipped in a wood crate to reduce the possibility of cargo damage.
Sheely Supply LLC rebuilt engine warranty terms and conditions.
Rebuilt engines come with a 6 months / 750 hour parts and labor warranty.
Warranty process: Sheely Supply LLC must be notified of a claim in writing. The following must be included, problem, installation date and engine hours, problem date and engine hours, rebuilt engine complete model and serial number, all service documentation generated thru warranty period. Failure to include all items will result in a denied claim.
Parts warranty: All parts that were replaced as defined by the original quote, final invoice. Warranty for parts will be administered by the part manufacturer in accordance to their warranty policy and procedures. If the manufacturer approves warranty on the failed part, the part will be shipped to Sheely Supply LLC and installed in the rebuilt engine in accordance to Sheely Supply LLC warranty term and conditions.
Labor warranty: If it is found that workmanship is a direct result of failure, Sheely Supply LLC will cover labor on the rebuilt engine if it is returned to our shop for evaluation. If the engine is not returned, there will be no labor reimbursement.
Warranty start date: This will be the date that the customer takes delivery of the Sheely Supply LLC rebuilt engine. Defined as customer pickup, or delivery by the assigned freight carrier. We are not responsible for any cargo damage. The customer must take pictures of the damage, make notes of damage on delivery ticket/BOL. A claim must be filed with the carrier right away.
Warranty requirements: Service records, vendor receipts, regular oil sample analysis, must be sent to Sheely Supply LLC at the time of possible warranty notice to Sheely Supply LLC. Lack of service, partial service in accordance to the manufactures published service intervals will be denied any warranty coverage. OEM genuine oil, fuel and air filters must be used during 6 months / 750 hour warranty period. Engine must be shipped back in original packaging/crate for warranty consideration.
Not Covered Under Warranty: Service labor to remove and replace the rebuilt engine from the machine. Machine inbound/outbound freight to the service center. Inbound/outbound freight to and from Sheely Supply LLC for the rebuilt engine. Any part that was reused deemed as serviceable at the time of rebuild. We are not responsible for any rebuilt engine internal damage caused by dirty fuel systems, aftermarket fuel/oil filters, water in fuel system, fuel pumps, high pressure pumps, high pressure common rails, fuel injectors, high pressure fuel injectors, high pressure connectors. There will be no warranty on any Sheely Supply LLC rebuilt engine that has had a past, present, or future EGR delete, software parameter change or any emissions change from OEM specifications. Fuel, water, engine oil leaks that develop over the time of the warranty period. We do not replace rebuilt engines with new replacement engines under any circumstances. Warranty coverage only applies to a Sheely Supply LLC rebuilt engine.
New Parts Warranty Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less 25% restocking fee. Return freight covered by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after the product has been received. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
